    The PDF-XChange Driver Does Not Install

     
    Typically there is one of 3 reasons why the printer driver does not install.
     
    • You are not logged on with full Administrator rights.
    • You are installing over an older version of AcroPlot.  Please uninstall the old version of AcroPlot first and make sure that the PDF-XChange for AcroPlot Pro printer driver is removed also and reboot the computer.  Then try re-installing AcroPlot with Administrator rights also.
    • Either the system path is wrong. Or the Windows framedyn.dll file is corrupt.  For help on this please refer to the following Microsoft Support Article http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;319114
